Using Microsoft Office Outlook
Microsoft Office Outlook is the default email client in use within the university. In addition to accessing your email account, the application also offers facilities allowing calendar, contact management, task and room booking.
Outlook 2013 is the default version available on all student PCs now, Office 2010 is available still for staff to use on some PCs.
Using Microsoft Outlook
These pages will allow you to find out how to use Outlook effectively, in sending and receiving email, and also using the other features available.
For staff needing to get their mail quotas extended, ring the helpdesk or contact them using the online forms area here.
If you need to access your email account from off campus, Outlook Web App is available from the home page, requiring no set up and accessible via a web browser. Alternatively, use the Off Campus Applications service to access Microsoft Office Outlook from off campus.
